The CCD or R4 record is a medical summary of a patient’s treatment history with a provider or healthcare facility. Greenlight supports both Full Medical Record Summaries as well as updates, also known as Encounters, for a single medical event, office visit or procedure.
In addition to the machine readable file (CCD in XML and R4 in JSON), Greenlight can also provide a PDF rendering of the record separately or in addition to the digital file.
